First grade students had a blast with some friendly competition while practicing this week’s phonics pattern! Students searched the room for hidden words, read them aloud, then raced back to their desks to write each word and draw a matching picture. The excitement didn’t stop there… one special word was even hidden on the teacher’s back! 😄 #SomersetSpartanPride

On Tuesday, April 7, our 9th grade students visited University of Wisconsin–Stout and Northwood Technical College, exploring both a 4-year university and a 2-year technical college experience. While 10th graders completed state assessments, freshmen had the opportunity to learn more about postsecondary options as part of SHS’s Academic and Career Planning (ACP) program. These experiences help students explore future pathways and begin thinking about life after graduation. #SomersetSpartanPride
