Students in Mr. Herink’s Building Construction Class gained valuable, hands-on, real-world experience yesterday as they poured a concrete apron for a community member. A special thank you to St. Croix Products of St. Croix Falls for donating the concrete and supporting this learning opportunity. They were fantastic to work with from start to finish! Our second graders have a reminder: You are never too small to make a difference! ♻️ Help support the Somerset Community Food Pantry by recycling plastic in the bin located in the elementary school vestibule. Drop off plastic anytime between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., or send it to school with your child. Did you know the food pantry is working to earn a Trex bench with the recycled plastic? Mrs. Bergeson’s Day Camp Session 2 was packed with fun and adventure! ☀️ Campers made clouds, created sand art and masks, walked to Circle K for hot dogs, chips, and drinks, experimented with a solar oven while making s’mores, made sugar scrubs, enjoyed a nail salon day, swam at Osceola Pool, and created bubble snakes! #SomersetSpartanPride

🍦 Mr. and Mrs. Klinger’s 1st Grade Day Camp had a SWEET time celebrating Ice Cream Day! Students created paper plate ice cream cones, made Play-Doh ice cream creations, and learned how this delicious treat is made. 😄 #SomersetSpartanPride
